B. Instructions for making POLAR FLEECE COMFORT PILLOWS
Servant Event at 2012 LWML Montana District Convention

Materials: polar fleece (whatever patterns you choose, see cut sizes below), 100% polyester fiberfill (maybe at Jo-Ann Fabric) specified for toys, pillows, etc. in a plastic bag about 20” long. Will unroll into about a 9 foot by 12 or 14 inches piece. Cut a piece about 14” – 16” for each pillow. Before stuffing, pull the polyfill apart in small pieces.

Cut two pieces of polar fleece: 14.5" x 11" (there will be a 1 1/2" seam).

Sew all sides 1 ½ “ from the edge, leaving an opening at top so that the polyfil stuffing can be added. Stuff with the small pieces until nice and full.

Then close/finish the opening with the sewing machine.

Use sharp scissors to clip fringe to the stitching around the pillow.

These are machine washable.
